The form at the bottom of this page is how to reach Fries Consulting Services, LLC, whether you are a prospective client writing directly or an assistant reaching out on someone’s behalf.
What to include
Covering these gets you a substantive answer rather than a round of clarifying questions.
- Your environment — roughly how many users and sites, and what you run today, whether that is on-premises hardware, AWS, or some combination of the two. Anything unusual is worth mentioning.
- The problem — whatever is broken, too expensive or undocumented, or alternatively what you are trying to build.
- Timeline and any hard dates — a lease expiring, a license renewal, an audit, a move.
- Who else is involved — whether you have internal IT staff, and who makes the decision.
- Budget, if you have one — non-profits and schools especially. Tell us the figure that has already been approved, or the funding cycle you are working toward, since we would much rather scope to what exists than quote something you cannot act on.
We reply to every inquiry. If a project is not a fit we will say so directly, and where we can we will point you somewhere better.
